Where precision
becomes a practice.

The work

Built around the actual work
of running a protocol.

01 / Protocols

Track any protocol, simple or stacked.

Dose, frequency, route, duration. Stack compounds into named protocols — "Glow stack," "Recomp cycle." Pause, resume, archive, clone.

02 / Reconstitution

Reconstitute without the napkin math.

Enter vial mg, BAC water, desired dose. Get exact syringe units for U-100 and U-40. Save the recipe. Print the label.

03 / Inventory

Know what's in the fridge.

Log each vial with lot, source, expiry. Remaining volume auto-decrements as you dose. Alerts at 20% and as stability windows close.

04 / Journal

Log how you actually feel.

Quick sliders for energy, mood, sleep, appetite, libido, pain, brain fog. Tag side effects. Thirty seconds a day.

05 / Photos

See change over time, not in the mirror.

Front, side, back. Weekly prompt. Side-by-side slider for any two dates. Encrypted on your device. Face-blur on export.

06 / Insights

Correlations, not horoscopes.

Mood on dose days vs. off days. Weight by protocol week. Sleep against sites rotated. Your own n=1, charted honestly.

07 / Labs

Upload labs, watch the lines.

Drop in bloodwork as PDF or photo. Tag HbA1c, testosterone, CRP, anything that matters. Chart over time against what you were running.

08 / Reports

Bring a report to your doctor.

Generate a clean PDF of protocols, doses, symptoms, labs. A document for a real conversation — not a forum screenshot.

09 / Private

Your data. Encrypted. Exportable.

Photos encrypted on your device before upload. Full export whenever you want. Delete account, everything gone in seven days.

The calculator

Get the math right.
Every time.

Reconstitution is where protocols quietly go wrong. A missed decimal, a wrong syringe, a forgotten conversion — and you're dosing nothing, or way too much.

Nactara's calculator takes the vial, the water, and the target dose. It returns insulin-syringe units you can read at 2 a.m.

The calculator is free. Forever. No account. It's the right tool to have, whether you ever pay us a cent or not.

Our ethics

What we won't do.

Nactara is a personal journal. Not a pharmacy, not a prescriber, not a coach, not a forum. The rules we hold ourselves to — the ones that shape every decision we make:

We will never recommend a dose.

You enter every number. The app does math on your inputs — it does not suggest, optimize, or prescribe. That's between you and your doctor.

We will never sell your data.

Not to advertisers. Not to research firms. Not to supplement brands. Your data is yours. We charge $8/mo specifically so we don't have to.

We will never take affiliate money.

No kickbacks, no sponsored suppliers, no "trusted sources." We are not in the supply business. We have no incentive to push you toward any compound.

We will never run a community feed.

No public protocols, no stack comparisons, no leaderboards. This is a private log, like a Moleskine — not a Strava.

You can always leave with everything.

One-click export of all your data — always free, always available, even if you cancel.

Common questions

The usual concerns.

Is Nactara prescribing or recommending peptides? +
No. Nactara is a personal journaling tool. You enter what you take, how much, and when. The app does math on your numbers. It never tells you what to take. Talk to a licensed medical provider for that.
Who is Nactara for? +
Adults who are already running protocols and want a serious, private place to log them. Biohackers, GLP-1 users, performance-focused athletes. Not for minors, not for people new to this who need guidance, not a replacement for a clinician.
Can I use the reconstitution calculator without signing up? +
Yes. The calculator on this page is free forever — no account, no email, no signup. Saving a recipe to a vial or attaching it to a protocol requires a trial or paid account.
How is my data protected? +
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Progress photos are encrypted on your device before upload, using a key derived from your password. You can export everything at any time, and permanently delete your account from the app.
What platforms do you support? +
iOS, macOS, Windows, and web. Android is planned. Everything syncs, and every app works offline — writes queue up and sync when you're back online.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes. One click. Annual plans have a 30-day money-back guarantee. When you cancel, you keep read-only access and can always export your data. No dark patterns.
Are you going to add an AI coach / chatbot? +
No. A generative AI telling someone to inject a research chemical is a liability problem we refuse to create. Nactara stays a tool, not an oracle.
